Dear readers, I’m sorry for the lack of posting for these last months but commitments got me busy more that I expected. As you saw, the blog is going through a series of changes and soon I’ll be posting more often. Meanwhile you can follow me on twitter.

I’m off to Spain for the next week, direction Andalusia. I love the baroque religion decoration, kitsch objects of devotion, folk dresses for flamenco dancers and bullfighter suit. I love the mix of passion and religion so here I collected a bunch of pictures that will be in my mind during my holiday, enjoy yours!

Madonna took inspiration from spanish culture for two videos: La Isla Bonita, where she is dressed like a flamenco dancer and is surrounded by candles and religion icons; Take a Bow, where the story deals with a bullfighter performance in the arena.
